The terms

1. Trial

You may install and use MindToo free of charge for 14 days to evaluate it.

2. Licence

When you buy a licence, PrivateAI, Belfast Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use MindToo on the number of computers your licence allows, for your own personal or business use.

3. Your data is yours

MindToo stores your memories on your own computer. PrivateAI, Belfast Ltd does not receive, see or store them. MindToo sends your licence key to the shop that sold it, when you activate it and when it is periodically checked. If you test a key in the API Wallet, MindToo sends that key to its own provider. If you configure an embeddings server, text is sent to the server you choose.

4. Limits

MindToo, its code and its name belong to PrivateAI, Belfast Ltd. Your licence lets you use MindToo; it does not pass any of them to you. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute MindToo, its code or licence keys, or remove or bypass its licence checks. Nothing in this licence takes away a right the law gives you that a contract cannot exclude.

5. No warranty

MindToo is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Keep your own backups.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, PrivateAI, Belfast Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Refunds

There is no automatic refund: the 14-day trial is there so you can decide before you buy. You may ask, by writing to support@privateai.ltd, and each request is considered on its own. Payments, and any refund, are handled by Polar, the shop that sold your licence. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.

8. Law

This licence is governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
