MindToo keeps what you and your assistants say to each other, on your own computer, and gives each assistant what it needs before it answers. Tell one of them something, and the others can find it.

It finds what you meant even when none of your words match, using a small model that runs inside the app.

Tell any assistant it has something wrong, and the correction replaces it for all of them. The old version stays in the history.

- Where it lives
In one file in your own Windows user folder. There is no MindToo account and no MindToo cloud.
- What goes online
Your licence key, to the shop, when it is activated and re-checked. And a key in your API Wallet, to its own provider, when you press Test. Nothing else.
- Only you delete
Assistants can remember, correct and archive. Deleting for good is yours alone.
- Your controls
Pause it for every assistant, or lock it with a passcode. Give each assistant full, read-only or no access. Keep topics and conversations private from all of them.
- Your keys
The API Wallet keeps your keys with Windows' own encryption. Assistants can see a key’s name, never its value.
- Leave whenever you like
Export everything at any time, and make a backup whenever you want one. Reading, search and export never lock, even after the trial.

Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, Windsurf and the Claude app. MindToo finds the ones on your computer and connects them for you.
- First run
The installer is signed by PrivateAI, Belfast Ltd, so Windows names the publisher. How to check your download.

Asked before.
- Does anything leave my computer?
Only your licence key, to the shop, and a wallet key to its own provider when you test it. Search by meaning runs inside the app.
- Do I need to be technical?
No. Install it, open it, and connect the assistants it finds.
- What happens when the trial ends?
Everything you have kept stays readable, searchable and exportable. Keeping new things waits until you add a licence. Your memory is never held hostage.
- Can an assistant delete my memories?
No. An assistant can archive a memory, which hides it and keeps it recoverable. Only you can delete for good.
- What if it gets something wrong?
Tell your assistant, and it corrects the memory for every assistant. The old version stays in the history.
- Can I get a refund?
The 14-day free trial is there so you can decide before you pay: nothing is locked during it. There is no automatic refund. If something is wrong after you buy, write to support@privateai.ltd and we will consider it.
